Suzanne is a down-to-earth, approachable, and trusting facilitator, coach, and mentor who develops and delivers value-add bespoke strategies & interventions by engaging her stakeholders. Her pragmatic approach to practical solutions is underpinned by her professional development as a Coach and her accreditation to work with psychometric tools such as; HBDI, EQ-i, and Success Insights (DISC).
Suzanne has been supporting HR professionals and leaders to create and embed high-performing and highly engaged cultures in a diverse mix of organisations across public and commercial sectors in UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Her contribution to the development of leadership capability and culture at her previous employers and clients are still visible today.
